Terms of payment and delivery for inland

Status 9/2022

Our offer is directed to buyers who use or process the goods exclusively in their independent professional, commercial, official or official activity. This must be proven to us on request.

Prices (net) are always without German VAT, which is always added in Germany. In the EU foreign countries with a valid VAT identification number of the customer and in the remaining foreign countries no surcharge takes place.

  1. Payment to our bank account immediately within 10 days from date of invoice with 2% discount.
  2. We supply new customers and irregularly ordering customers only against prepayment. Please state your payment request either by bank transfer with 2 % advance payment to our bank account or via PayPal with additional costs of gross 1,50 Euro and without discount deduction. Payments please exclusively on the basis of our invoice.
  3. The shipment is at the risk of the recipient. Unless otherwise specified by the customer at his expense, the shipment will be made in the cheapest way. As far as possible, we use environmentally friendly materials for transport packaging, which you can dispose of yourself at your own expense without any problems. If you wish us to dispose of the packaging, you must deliver it to us at your expense. In addition, our packaging materials are certified by Lizensero for participation in the dual system Interseroh.
  4. For net goods values up to 130 Euro we charge a postage and packaging fee of 6.50 Euro plus VAT. In the case of deliveries with several articles, we reserve the right to deliver in several packages for packaging reasons. If the net value of the goods falls below 130 euros as a result, we have to charge the above postage and packaging costs for the other packages.
  5. Our minimum order value is 30 Euro net(value of goodswithout VAT andwithout shipping/transport etc.).
  6. The delivery time is max. 10 days for stock goods, otherwise 2 - 4 weeks depending on the supplier. We exclude a delivery guarantee, especially for bulk orders of individual items.
  7. For branded goods, we assume the warranty granted by the manufacturer when returned to us free of charge.
  8. We exclude liability for damages caused by our tools.
  9. The goods remain our property until full payment.
  10. The contract of sale is considered concluded upon advance payment or receipt of the goods. The orderer confirms with his order that he belongs to the above mentioned clientele and that he has read and accepted our information about data protection. We point out your possible legal rights.
  11. Deviating terms of payment and delivery of the orderer are recognized only after a written confirmation by us, otherwise the orderer agrees with our terms of payment and delivery.

 

Terms of payment and delivery for EU countries

Our offer is directed to purchasers who use or process the goods exclusively in their independent professional, commercial, official or service activity. This must be proven to us on request.

  1. Deliveries only against prepayment by bank transfer or PayPal. Possible fees for the money transfer have to be paid by the customer. The final invoice amount must reach us in full. We reserve the right to charge in advance or in arrears. The final invoice amount must be paid to us immediately upon receipt of the invoice exclusively in Euro. For transfers from abroad, our IBAN account number and the BIC code of the bank must be indicated.
  2. Deliveries to EU countries are only possible if you state your valid European VAT ID number. We ask you to state your valid VAT ID number when placing an order. Customers without a valid VAT ID number can only be delivered to a German address and will be treated as domestic customers. Conditions see above.
  3. Delivery ex works. Shipping at favorable cost price. Depending on the destination country and weight, the cost price within Europe is between 9,-- and 70,-- Euro per parcel. Details see overview.
  4. Shipping is at the risk of the recipient.
  5. Small orders up to 40 € net (without tax and other costs) can not be processed.
  6. For branded articles we take over the granted guarantee of the manufacturer with free return to us and assumption of the return transport costs. We exclude liability for consequential damages.
  7. The goods remain our property until full payment.
  8. Deliveries take place to our conditions free border FRG. We exclude a delivery guarantee, especially for bulk orders of individual items.
  9. By prepayment or acceptance of the delivery the sales contract is closed. The orderer confirms with his order that he belongs to the above mentioned clientele and that he has read and accepted our information about data protection. We point out your possible legal rights.
  10. Deviating terms of payment and delivery of the orderer are not recognized. The orderer agrees with our terms of payment and delivery.

 

Terms of payment and delivery for other countries

Our offer is directed to purchasers who use or process the goods exclusively in their independent professional, commercial, official or service activity. This is to be proved to us on demand.

  1. Delivery only against advance payment! Fees for the transfer of funds must be paid by the purchaser. The invoice amount must reach us in full. We reserve the right of advance or subsequent invoicing. The final invoice amount is to be paid to us immediately after receipt of the invoice exclusively in Euro. For transfers from abroad, our IBAN account number and the BIC code of the bank and possibly the Swift code must be indicated. If payment is made via PayPal, we will charge the PayPal fees in advance.
  2. Deliveries are made ex works free German border. Shipping at cost price. Any import duties, taxes, handling fees or the observance of import regulations in the destination country must be paid by the customer. The German value added tax is not calculated with proven export. Details for Switzerland and Norway see overview. Please ask for further prices.
  3. Shipping is at the risk of the recipient.
  4. Small orders up to 50 € without additional costs can not be processed. We exclude a delivery guarantee, especially for bulk orders of individual items.
