LED Standard Music Stand Light
Thin bar type music stand light with LED strip lighting technology. 42 bright double LEDs in warm white light color, distributed over the cut-out length of the rotatable glare tube, provide eye-friendly illumination, low power consumption (only approx. 5 watts) and good illumination of the music stand and the nearby surroundings. We use high-intensity LEDs, which are closely spaced on the circuit board and provide approx. 800 lumens of light output as a strip with a length of 50 cm, thus providing full-area illumination on the music stand. LEDs are very durable due to their design, although the necessary upstream electronic parts such as circuit boards, resistors and power supply probably do not outlast the LEDs. Nevertheless, it can be assumed that our luminaire has a long service life, as it is possible to replace the light source in our luminaires. Even in the distant future, our luminaire housing can thus be re-equipped with similar light sources, possibly of an even more modern type. The rotatable cover tube with a diameter of only 18 mm has a filigree appearance and blends in very well with the appearance of the console. Ideally, the diaphragm/light tube should be positioned 40 cm above the music stand's support ledge. If it is placed too high, the player will be dazzled, and if it is placed too low, high notes may be turned over. In the standard version, the two bracket shapes "straight" and "free-standing right-angled bent (90 degrees)" are available. In the alternative version with other bracket shapes.
Thestandard version has an orifice tube length of 640 mm and a hole spacing of 620 mm from the center of the hole to the center of the hole. The standard bracket shapes available are "straight" for horizontal mounting and "free-standing right-angled bent (90 degrees)". With a length of 400 mm, the straight mounting tubes can be installed with variable projection. The tubes bent at right angles for free-standing installation are approx. 450 mm long vertically and can be shortened if required. The projection towards the player is 300 mm and thus enables good illumination even of the keyboards not covered by the music stand, without the lamp tube normally being an obstacle for the player. The free-standing lamp is supplied including a pair of mounting rosettes. These are mounted on the console housing behind the music stand by means of a nut attached from the inside. The straight luminaire is supplied without rosettes, as these are not needed in most cases with projections up to approx. 25 cm. The 8 mm tubes are drilled into the wood and locked from the inside. If there is no own locking possibility, we offerextra fastening material. If you have a larger projection than 25 cm, we recommend the use of the attached rosette because of the stability, which you then please order as an accessory.
Delivery always includes power supply unit for electron connection to 100 - 240 V luminous flux with EU flat plug. The cable length from the socket to the lamp input is at least 2,0 m. This way the possibly switchable socket can be installed at a suitable place in the console case or organ lower case. If you need a longer cable after the power supply unit to the lamp, you can extend our low current cable yourself or you can order the respective 1 m long extension cables as accessories.
Assurfaces are "nickel matt" (similar to the tin pipe brochure or like stainless steel) and brass polished and colorless lacquered, available. Black matte is also available as a custom finish upon request.
Alternative lamp lengths for special requirements can be offered in 5 other lengths. All other dimensions are identical to the standard version. The long version (890 mm) with 250 mm longer trim tube like the standard lamp. The LED light strip is 50% longer for even wider illumination even next to the music stand. The extra long version is possible by coupling 2 standard blend tubes. This results in a total length of 1254 mm. This version has a third mounting tube in the middle. Bore dimension for the fastenings Distance center-to-center of the external fastening points is 1234 mm. The special length 800 mm (gauge 780 mm) for intermediate situations where our standard length would meet music stand brackets or this dimension fits better to the console optics. The special length with 527 mm (lamp length 545 mm) for the problem-free exchange of former T2 neon tube lamps of our competitors. We offer this special length only in the surface brass polished and colorless lacquered. Currently no additional price compared to our standard length! Dimmer for brightness control available. This dimmer with rotary knob in a sealed housing can be easily installed in the power supply line from the power supply unit to the lamp by means of a plug. This allows the brightness to be individually controlled as required either permanently or directly by the user. To determine the brightness on keyboards and music stands, you can use the brightness luxmeter.

Please note that our music stand lights require a certain amount of assembly. Please also note that the lighting rod should not be positioned too high above the music stand, as there may then be a risk of glare, despite the rotatable glare tube.
