Information about our shipping costs

Delivery within Germany

From 130 Euro net value of goods we deliver free of charge. For all other deliveries, we charge a flat rate for packaging and transportation of 7.50 euros plus VAT. We deliver with parcel service DPD to your specified address. Receipt must be possible there during normal business hours on working days. If this is not the case, please specify a delivery address that allows this.

Individual large items such as lifts that cannot be sent by parcel service will be delivered by a forwarding agent. We deliver free of charge from 130 euros net value of goods, unless extra transportation costs are mentioned in the item description.

Deliveries to other European countries

Depending on the weight and destination country, costs of between 10 and 30 euros are incurred. Below is a non-binding overview of the current costs. Please ask for countries not mentioned. You can rest assured that we will choose the most favorable rate for you. Large appliances that cannot be sent by parcel service will be sent by a forwarding agent at cost price. We will inform you of the costs incurred in advance when you place your order.

EU countries Standard parcel up to max. 31.5 kg without islands plus German VAT if applicable.

Examples for orientation for non-European countries

The transportation costs do not include German VAT. If this has to be charged in your case, it will also be added to the transportation costs.

Please note in any case our minimum order values of net domestic 30 Euro, EU 40 Euro, non-EU 50 Euro! Transportation costs do not count towards the order value.
